Boxing: Is a great introduction to the sweet science. Refine your skills as you're about to get in the ring with seasoned champs. Work on the subtleties of boxing such as foot work, angles, ring generalship and slipping punches while elevating your speed and power!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Our Jiu-Jitsu program follows the guidelines and belt system of the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. We have a highly active competition team, but we also cater to non-competitors looking to get in shape and learn self defense.
Junior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Our Jiu-Jitsu program for kids falls into ages 6-14. Jiu-Jitsu is excellent for children because they learn how to protect themselves from a potential bully without having to hurt anyone. It is a great confidence builder; it establishes discipline, higher self esteem, and better manners!
Junior Muay Thai Kickboxing: We have an excellent striking program for children. The age ranges are the same as in Junior BJJ. Kids learn various movement patterns from simple defense to highly advanced combinations. The kids will learn how to Thai clinch and throw spinning hook kicks. The sparring is very safe and controlled, the children mostly spar with instructors.
Junior MMA: Junior MMA is an excellent starter course for children ages 3-5. It combines elements of both grappling and kickboxing in a non contact format. There's also plenty of games for them to expend that excess energy!
Lean & Mean: Lean & Mean is a morning class with an open format consisting mostly of boxing, kickboxing, conditioning, Jiu-Jitsu, and self defense. Different exercise routines include jumping rope, agility ladders, weights and hitting the pads.
Muay Thai Kickboxing: Muay Thai is a traditional Martial Art from Thailand. When it reached the shores of the US, it revolutionized the world of Kickboxing and Karate. It further evolved during the growth of MMA and the UFC. Our ACS Muay Thai program is a style developed to be practical and competitive in MMA, boxing or kickboxing. It's also classified as MMA striking or Muay Thai for MMA. We practice a lot of bag work, shadowboxing, weights, pads and of course, sparring is always optional.
